What is the licence of our extensions?

Can I keep using purchased product(s) after their subscription expires?
Yes, you most certainly can keep using our extensions for however long as you like, even after your subscription has expired. But, for updates and technical support from us, you'll need to renew your subscription.
Will my extension stop working after subscription expires?
Your extension will never stop working. It's yours. For life!
I no longer want the extension, can I get a refund?
You are entitled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase – for whatever reason you choose and with no strings attached.
Can I still get a refund after the 30-day time limit?
No, sorry. In order to receive a full refund, you'll have to ask for it during your 30-days.
What if I purchased a bundle and want a refund just for one of the extensions?
No problem. In that case, you will be refunded only for the extension you no longer want.
In what cases can I get a refund?
In the following cases, you will be eligible for a refund:
- You are unable to use a purchased product and/or any of its features despite it being explicitly stated on our website as consisting of such feature(s).
- The product is not work properly due to technical or compatibility problem with the software that we are unable to solve.
- If for any other reason you are unsatisfied with the product (within our 30-day trial period).
Please note that as soon as your refund request has been sent, you are to immediately cease all further use of your purchased product. Also, we may send a form to sign in which you agree to this condition and fully promise to terminate the use of your subscription.
Can I keep using the extension even if it's been refunded?
You may not! That's illegal. It's called theft.

Nothing. You can keep using your extensions – whenever and however you want. However, you'll need to renew your subscription if you want to get updates and support.

We provide clear and intuitive documentations for all of our extensions, as well as many video tutorials on the basics of website design and development. We also have an advanced ticket support system in place, allowing you to report problems directly and get our assistance ASAP.

Anyone who has purchased one or more of our extensions. Please note, support is according to the conditions of the selected subscription.
How many times can I ask for support?
So long as your subscription's valid – feel free to ask for support how much and how often you want.
How can you help me solve a problem I have?
We have a professional support team that can help you configure the extension properly as well as solve any code-related issues. Please note that you may need to provide us with administrator and FTP access for us to be able to solve your issue effectively and immediately.
What if your support team can't solve my problem?
